The reality in business growth is that it takes a village to get a startup on its feet and running. While you are confident of the genius of your idea, bear in mind that those around you are not.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Every finding should have a goal to move from ideation to successful execution. That means your new job as a founder is finding a support network.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your support network can be in or out of your organization. This network will include your friends and family, mentors, potential customers, and investors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To get the attention and mind of the people around you, you have to find solutions to problems. By this, it means you need to have a solid product that is actually needed in the market.
