The growth is highlighted by the movement in market capitalization by the leading stock exchanges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Data from <a href=\"https:\/\/finbold.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">Finbold<\/a> shows that the top ten largest stock exchanges globally cumulatively grew by 15.43% or $12.12 trillion in market capitalization between January and June this year. The total market cap stood at $78.54 trillion at the start of the year, surging to $90.66 trillion by the end of 2021\u2019s first half.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/focus.world-exchanges.org\/issue\/august-2021\" target=\"_blank\">World Federation of Exchanges<\/a>, American-based exchanges remained dominant, with the New York Stock Exchange holding the pole position. Notably, the inflows of capital have been broad, entailing a significant addition to both global funds.
